My passion and my work focus on helping individuals and organizations figure out what's really going on, who they really want to be, and then helping them to explore how to get there. Sometimes the work focuses on getting 'unstuck', other times it's more about getting in touch with our own inherent wisdom—it's always about developing greater clarity, harnessing inner resources, and moving forward.

My own less-than-straight-line path, from undergraduate work in Philosophy, through several years in bank management and an MBA, to a doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology, is a testament to my enthusiasm for exploration and willingness to embrace what works rather than just what's expected.

In addition to offering development coaching & hypnotherapy to individuals, I also founded Tapintu, Inc., through which I provide Insight Facilitation™ (featuring the JOG Your Right Brain™ Process) and related consulting services to individuals and organizations. I also train and certify other coaches and consultants in the use of JOG Your Right Brain.
